10 lat podyplomowych studiów enologicznych na Wydziale Farmaceutycznym Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego Collegium Medicum w Krakowie

W artykule zaprezentowano zarys historii powołania przez Senat Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego przed dziesięcioma laty pierwszych w Polsce podyplomowych studiów doskonalących o kierunku „Enologia”. Jubileusz jest okazją do przypomnienia założeń programowych studiów oraz nakreślenia perspektyw i kierunków rozwoju edukacji w zakresie winoznawstwa na wydziałach farmaceutycznych na podstawie zebranych doświadczeń. Autor prezentuje również kilka ciekawostek z pracy dydaktycznej z bardzo zróżnicowaną grupą słuchaczy, biorąc pod uwagę ich wykształcenie i wykonywany zawodu.

10 years of postgraduate enology studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Krakow
The article presents an outline of the history of establishing by the Senate of the Jagiellonian University the first Polish postgraduate training courses in Oenology ten years ago. The jubilee is an opportunity to recall the program assumptions of the studies and to outline the perspectives and directions for the development of education in the field of wine science at the faculties of pharmacy on the basis of the experience gathered. The article recalled the contribution to the studies of their first Head, prof. dr. hab. Jerzy Brandys, a long-time Head of the Chair and Department of Toxicology at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Jagiellonian University Medical College. The composition of the teaching staff of the first historical edition of the studies was also presented.
The author also presents some interesting facts from didactic work with a very diverse group of students in terms of the field of education and the nature of the profession.
