Effect of microwave drying on paracetamol release from tablets. An effect of the microwave drying of granulats on the technological parameters of granulats and tablets as well as on paracetamol releasing from tablets was investigated. It is shown that microwaves do not change the UV spectrum of paracetamol. The drying of granulats by microwaves runs very fast in comparison with the traditional way of drying. The pharmaceutical bioavailability of paracetamol from tablets obtained from granulats which were dried by microwaves is better than pharmaceutical bioavailability of tablets obtained from granulats which were dried on air during 24 hours.
