Porównanie parametrów fizykochemicznych oraz aktywności antyoksydacyjnej metodą EPR tabletek z suchym wyciągiem z nasion winogron (Vitis vinifera L.) oraz tabletek z suchym wyciągiem z kory sosny nadmorskiej (Pinus pinaster Sol.)
Comparison of physicochemical parameters and antioxidant activity with EPR method of tablets with dry extract of grapes- seeds (Vitis vinifera L.) and tablets with dry extract of Maritime Pine's bark (Prinus Pinaster Sol.). 20 series of uncoated tablets were made. 10 series of tablets contained dry extract of grapes- seeds with brand name Vitaflavan, tablets of other 10 series contained dry extract of Maritime Pine's bark with brand name Oligopin. Both abstracts contain oligomeric proacyanidins, that have very strong antioxidant operation. In made tablets their outlook, diameter, thickness, mass, resistance to attrition, resistance to squashing and time of decomposition were examined. Also, their antioxidant activity was examined with EPR method with radical DPPH. On the basis of attained results, we can certify, that it is possible to make uncoated tablets with dry extract with grapes seeds and also uncoated tablets with dry extract of Maritime Pine's bark with method of direct making tablets, that measure up FP VIII. Antiradical activity of each series of tablets with extract of Vitaflavan and Oligopin differ, and it depends on accordant supplementary substances in the form of tablet.
