Cynk – pierwiastek niezbędny dla zdrowia
2016-07-04

Jony cynku uczestniczą w katalizie enzymatycznej, modyfikacji transkrypcji i naprawy DNA, regulacji wewnątrzkomórkowego przekazywaniu sygnałów, indukcji i/lub inhibicji apoptozy, ochronie organizmu przed skutkami stresu oksydacyjnego. Niedobór cynku w organizmie może prowadzić do powstawania i rozwoju wielu chorób przewlekłych (nowotwory, cukrzyca, miażdżyca), neurodegeneracyjnych (choroba Alzheimera, Parkinsona) i innych chorób związanych z wiekiem (choroby autoimmunologiczne, choroby zwyrodnieniowe).

Zinc-necessary element for health

The work presents the current state of knowledge regarding the role of zinc in metabolism and its effects on the human body. The biological function that fully zinc make it is first necessary for the proper functioning of the body and great for your health. Zinc ions are involved in enzymatic catalysis, modification of transcription and DNA repair, the regulation of the intracellular transmission of signals, induction and/or inhibition of apoptosis, the body’s protection against the effects of oxidative stress. Zinc deficiency in the body can lead to the formation and development of many chronic diseases (cancer, diabetes, atherosclerosis), neurodegenerative disorders (Alzheimer disease, Parkinson’s disease) and other age-related diseases (autoimmune and degenerative diseases).
